OUM Fun Run 2.0 Malaysia 2026 (Virtual Run)

OUM Fun Run 2.0 offers a virtual alternative to Open University Malaysia's physical community run. Complete your activity on a route of your choice rather than attending the IOI City Mall event. The virtual entry and its entitlements are separate from the physical-run registration.

Logging your activity

Multiple runs or step-count sessions can contribute to the target during the event period. Record them with JomRun, a supported connected fitness service, another fitness app or a treadmill, then submit the evidence in the JomRun app. The organiser also accepts step screenshots using its published conversion of 0.762 metres per step.

Submission deadline

JomRun's event header lists the challenge through 11:59pm Malaysia time on 1 December. Its FAQ also says to submit proof before 1 December, so participants should upload early and confirm the final submission cutoff with JomRun rather than rely on a last-minute upload. A verified completed result is required for the finisher medal.

Booking and delivery

Register only through the linked official JomRun page or app. Choose the shirt size carefully because it cannot be changed, and confirmed entries cannot be cancelled or refunded. Postal dispatch is scheduled to begin after the challenge. Confirm postage charges and whether your delivery country is supported before payment; the accessible event text does not specify the full delivery coverage.
