DHK Healthy Run Hong Kong 2027

DHK Healthy Run Hong Kong 2027 (香港糖尿聯會健康長跑2027) takes place on Sunday 3 January 2027 in Sheung Shui, New Territories. Diabetes Hongkong has organised this annual charity road-running event since 2005 to promote regular exercise and raise money for diabetes-prevention and community health work.

The two timed races assemble on Choi Yuen Road in Sheung Shui, about ten minutes' walk from Sheung Shui MTR Station Exit C. The organiser confirms these local flag-offs:

• 5K: 8:15am HKT.
• 10K: 8:25am HKT.

The field is capped at 1,000 participants, with men’s and women’s competition divisions. The event accepts entrants age 14 or above under the organiser's year-of-birth eligibility calculation (born in 2013 or earlier, per its 2027 rules). The final road course may change in response to temporary construction and traffic arrangements; follow the map included in the 2027 runner's pack rather than reusing the 2026 course.

Registration: Entries received by 20 November 2026 are advertised at HK$100, including a choice of event T-shirt size. The organiser also accepts entries 21 November–11 December, but the later registration fee is not readable in the current public 2027 announcement; it has been left unquoted rather than imported from the 2026 edition. Late entries may not receive their preferred shirt size. Postal entries close 11 December 2026, and online entry availability should be checked at the official Joymiles booking site.

Pack collection: Collect 27–30 December 2026 at One Sports Development Limited (一品體育發展有限公司), Unit 11, 2/F, Block C, Hong Kong Industrial Centre, 489–491 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok. Present your Hong Kong ID or a permitted copy and the organiser's collection notification. Exact daily pickup hours were not confirmed by the current 2027 page.

Race kit: The organiser lists a numbered bib with timing chip, official running shirt, lubricating eye drops, utility paracord strap and toothpaste. Participants finishing their booked distance may redeem a finisher towel and commemorative medal at the event by presenting their race bib. Those are event-day collection items, not guaranteed postage gifts.

This event should not be confused with the 11 January 2026 edition, which had different promotional items, pack-collection dates and pricing periods. Any additional participant fundraising is separate from the registration fee; check the organiser's fundraising form for donation processing.
