Veer Yodha 2.0 Kolkata 2026

Veer Yodha 2.0 returns to NKDA Football Ground in New Town, Kolkata, on Sunday, 1 November 2026. The event offers four distances and a morning programme combining timed competition with an accessible short community run. The booking organiser's latest current-edition information confirms the date, venue, starting schedule, registration categories and participant inclusions.

Race morning

The organiser advertises these Indian Standard Time (IST) flag-offs:

• 15K timed: 05:30.
• 10K timed: 05:45.
• 5K timed: 06:00.
• 3K untimed: 06:00.

Only the 15K, 10K and 5K are advertised as timed. The 3K is expressly non-timed; do not assume it will provide a chip result or official ranked placing. The organiser announces podium mementos, not cash awards, for the 15K and 10K. Its published competitive age brackets are 12–29, 30–44, and 45 years and above. Participants should confirm individual distance-specific eligibility, minimum ages and awards before registering.

Fees and registration

The organiser's distance-specific entry cards show prices starting from INR 899 (15K), INR 799 (10K), INR 699 (5K) and INR 199 (3K), described as inclusive prices. These are the advertised starting rates, not a promise that every ticket, size or option is available at that price at checkout. The organiser also warns that registration can close when stocks sell out.

Registration closing-date caution: Current indexed versions of the same booking page disagree on whether distance-card sales close on 19 or 27 October 2026. Because the deadline has changed in the page's cached versions, ARC does not present an unverified final cutoff. Check the actual live booking flow or contact the organiser immediately if you plan to enter.

Bib expo and participant services

The announced bib expo is Saturday, 31 October, 11:00–18:00 IST, at Decathlon Saltlake. Confirm the exact branch and collection requirements in your runner confirmation. The advertised runner experience includes an event T-shirt, medal, on-route assistance, refreshments and a Zumba session. Race-pack provision, medal conditions and final course details should be checked against organiser instructions.

Getting to the start

The venue is advertised as NKDA Football Ground, New Town, near Biswa Bangla Gate. Allow extra time to reach the correct ground before the first 05:30 start; this is not Salt Lake Stadium or the other NKDA-area facilities. The mapped coordinates are a neighbourhood-level reference near AD Block football facilities and should not be treated as a surveyed start-arch position. Official course maps, road closures, baggage arrangements, medical-service details and cut-off limits were not independently published in the verified current-edition booking description; follow the final participant guide and contact the organiser for clarification.
