Important registration status
EVENT FULL as shown on the organiser's official Luma booking page on 28 October 2026. The page offers a waitlist, not an immediately confirmed entry. Registration is curated and subject to host approval; joining a waitlist does not guarantee a place. The organiser has not published a verifiable entry fee on this page, so no fee is claimed here. Programme and participant experience
The organiser advertises an event session from 05:30 to 09:30 WIB on 1 November, including a 5K run. Treat 05:30 as the advertised gathering/event start; a separately confirmed race gun time and course map have not been published. The original event description names ASHTA Lobby, Senopati as the meeting point; the venue card separately names Mallo Trattoria Italiana within the ASHTA District 8 complex. Follow the host's final instructions for the exact entrance and start point.
The organiser advertises an exclusive finisher medal, food and drinks, a DJ, and a goodie bag with a claimed promotional value up to IDR 2 million. A best-dressed Halloween costume competition promotes prizes with a combined claimed value exceeding IDR 20 million. These are promotional valuations, not cash guarantees or entitlements for every runner.
