NOVARUN Eduvibes UPI Tasikmalaya 2026

NOVARUN 2026, themed Astra Aethera, brings a community road-running celebration to UPI Kampus Tasikmalaya in West Java. The student executive organisation BEM REMA UPI Tasikmalaya stages the event as part of Eduvibes, commemorating the campus anniversary and promoting solidarity, healthy activity and connections between participants.

Race-day programme

The official ticket partner schedules NOVARUN for Sunday, 15 November 2026, 06:00–08:00 WIB at UPI Kampus Tasikmalaya. Participants can choose either the 7K Run Beyond Limits or 10K Challenge Your Limits. Both offer Gold and Platinum packages. Platinum includes a running jersey; all advertised packages include a race bib, finisher medal, race pack and drinking-water refreshment. The 10K packages also advertise a DJ performance.

The 06:00–08:00 interval is the organiser's overall event window, rather than independently confirmed separate 7K and 10K gun times. The ticket page does not provide a verified course map, individual cut-off times or road-closure details. Follow instructions issued closer to race day.

Tickets and collecting your race pack

Buy through the official Artatix NOVARUN booking page. Each entry pass permits one participant. Keep your valid e-ticket available for admission checks and race-pack collection. The organiser warns against counterfeit, altered or unauthorised resale tickets and may refuse invalid passes. It also instructs participants to join its official Instagram broadcast channel for event communication.

An exact race-pack collection date, time and location were not verified on the ticket page as of 25 October 2026. Do not assume collection takes place at the starting venue or on race morning; look for the organiser's participant notice.

Safety, conduct and event changes

The organiser lists a medical post and emergency-response procedures on site. Participants must comply with instructions from marshals, event officials and security personnel. Entry may be refused or a participant removed for dangerous behaviour or prohibited substances. Pets, alcohol, dangerous weapons and flammable materials are among the items banned from the event area.

The conditions permit the organiser to change the programme, start date or time, or cancel/postpone the event for operational reasons or force majeure. This is a general booking condition, not an announcement that NOVARUN has been changed or cancelled. For an actual organiser cancellation, any refund would follow subsequently announced procedures and may involve deductions. Personal travel and accommodation costs are not covered under those conditions.

Participants should check the current official ticket page for pricing and availability, read the full terms before purchasing, and follow organiser channels for final route, race-pack and race-day instructions.
