Skybridge Run Purwokerto 2026

Skybridge Run 2026 takes place on Sunday, 8 November 2026, starting and finishing at Menara Teratai, Purwokerto, Central Java. Organised by KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto, it brings runners onto the city's surfaced streets for separate timed 10K and 5K races. The organiser caps the field at 3,500 participants, divided into 1,500 10K places and 2,000 5K places.

Race-day timetable and course

• 10K: 05:30 WIB start. The event overview gives an 08:00 finish limit (2.5 hours).
• 5K: 05:45 WIB start, 07:15 finish limit (1.5 hours).
• Important organiser discrepancy: The detailed regulations on the same official page state a two-hour cut-off for 10K, whereas the event overview states 2.5 hours. Runners should obtain clarification from the organiser before relying on either cut-off.
• Arrive at the starting area at least 30 minutes before your race. The organisers say the routes use city roads shared with local traffic, with marshals and traffic management.
• The 10K is advertised with three hydration stations and one fruit station; the 5K has one hydration and one fruit station. Refreshments are offered at the finish.
• A guaranteed registration slot for Purwokerto Half Marathon 2027 is advertised as a participant benefit, subject to the organiser's actual redemption arrangements.

Entry and eligibility

The event is open to Indonesian citizens with an accepted identity document (such as a KTP, driving licence, passport or student ID). The stated minimum age is 10 years for 10K and five years for 5K. Open men's, open women's and masters categories are offered, with participants aged 45 or older during 2026 classified as masters.

Standard entry prices are IDR 275,000 (10K) and IDR 250,000 (5K). The organiser also advertised discounted collective entries for ten participants (IDR 247,500 and IDR 225,000 respectively), but that initial group-registration period has ended. KAI Daop 5's official registration announcement, reported on 2 October 2026, specifies that regular individual registration ends on 31 October 2026 at 20:00 WIB (13:00 UTC), unless quotas fill earlier. See the organiser's 2 October registration statement reported by RRI and check the live organiser portal for remaining places. Entries cannot be transferred and organisers do not offer cancellation refunds on request.

Race-pack collection

Collection is scheduled for Saturday, 7 November 2026, 10:00–20:00 WIB, at a Purwokerto location to be confirmed by the organiser. Bring your original identification and registration/collection confirmation email. Collection by a representative requires the organiser's online authorisation form; a representative can collect for up to five entrants per queue visit. Race packs include the bib, event jersey, bag and sponsor products when supplied.

Runners should use the official Skybridge Run information and rules and the linked registration service for late changes to route maps, collection location, traffic arrangements, availability and the conflicting 10K cut-off.

Official ticketing portal checked 26 October 2026

The organiser's linked TIAS registration portal displays 5K (IDR 250,000) and 10K (IDR 275,000) tickets, with bank administration charges excluded from those advertised prices. The public page requires an access voucher and currently disables ticket-selection buttons without one. Contact the organiser to confirm access and remaining places before relying on registration being open.
