Event Detail
Indonesian Marine Run 2026 is a 5 km running event scheduled for Sunday, 6 December 2026 at the Yonif 10 Marinir/SBY marine infantry battalion site on Pulau Setokok, Batam, Riau Islands. Organiser KAVAYA Run Batam has confirmed the current edition through its October announcements, with online entries directed to Artatix. The race takes place in a distinctive military-unit setting rather than a conventional city-centre road-race venue.
Event and participant information
The advertised distance is 5K. The organiser has separately announced participation classifications for general men's and women's runners, grand masters, students, and TNI/Polri personnel or community/institutional teams. These are participant divisions within the event, not extra race distances. The running-calendar listing classifies the activity as a trail run; competitors should check the official route information for the final mix of surfaces and any required footwear.
Early-bird and normal 5K fees have been advertised at IDR 225,000 and IDR 300,000 respectively; availability of either price may change during registration. The organiser advises entrants to review eligibility, health requirements and conditions carefully before paying. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable according to its official notice.
Before travelling
The organiser identifies Yonif 10 Marinir on Setokok Island as the venue. The precise start/finish meeting point and map pin have not yet been independently confirmed; the map position used for this draft is approximate. The organiser has not verified a race-day flag-off time in the sources consulted, so the listing's midnight time is a date-only placeholder, not the race start. Check the official organiser's latest route, arrival instructions, access requirements, race-kit collection details and any updates before making transport plans to the Barelang area.
