3C Run and Ride Surabaya 2026

3C Run and Ride Surabaya 2026 is a 5K community running event hosted by Cars Collection Cafe (3C Eatery) in collaboration with MINI Cooper and Monteesport. The event brings runners to 3C's car-themed venue at Jalan Raya Margorejo Indah A513 in southern Surabaya for an early Sunday gathering.

Race morning

The organiser's current-edition announcement schedules the event for Sunday, 18 October 2026. Check-in begins at 05:00 WIB, with the run starting at 05:30 WIB. A 5K running distance is listed by the Indonesian race calendar. Despite the event's name, the available material does not establish a separate cycling race or a competition for cars; entrants should consider the 5K running category the confirmed sporting option.

3C Eatery is known as a meeting place for automotive enthusiasts, incorporating a collection of vehicles within its café setting. The collaboration with MINI Cooper gives this running event an automotive theme, while Monteesport supplies an official technical running jersey. The organisers also promote a social food-and-coffee experience after the activity.

Registration and runner notes

The advertised entry price was IDR 150,000 per person, including a Monteesport running jersey, goodie bag, and food and coffee. The first 50 people to register were also promised an exclusive MINI Cooper pouch; that limited item should not be assumed to be available to later entrants. The announcement stated that registration was open until 10 October 2026, so the advertised deadline has already passed.

The organiser has not published a verified route map, timing method, cut-off, medal entitlement or bib-collection schedule in the accessible event announcement. Runners who have entered should consult 3C's official Instagram for any last-minute start or check-in instructions and allow time to locate the café on Margorejo Indah.
