Him And Her Health Run 2026 - KL is the Kuala Lumpur round of Yayasan MR D.I.Y.'s nationwide community running series focused on heart health, cancer awareness and active living. The series has travelled through Penang and Sarawak during 2026, bringing families, friends and recreational runners together while raising support for health-related organisations and programmes.

The Kuala Lumpur event is a 5K fun run based at Malaysia Tourism Centre (MaTiC), 109 Jalan Ampang.
