OUM Fun Run 2.0

OUM Fun Run 2.0 returns on Sunday, 1 November 2026 as the second edition of Open University Malaysia's community running event. The physical run is based at IOI City Mall in the Putrajaya area and offers a single 5K Fun Run, making it an accessible option for recreational runners, families and participants who prefer a shorter community event rather than a competitive long-distance race.

JomRun lists the event from 6:30am MYT. The current event page has not yet published a detailed race-day itinerary or a separate category flag-off time, so ARC records the verified event start rather than inventing a gun time. The route map and detailed race facts are also still marked To Be Confirmed.

Registration is open through JomRun and is scheduled to close at 11:59pm MYT on 31 October 2026, subject to availability. The organiser launched registration with a Super Early Bird offer starting from RM25, but the current accessible text does not expose a complete fee-tier table, so ARC does not assign an unverified current fee.

Current runner entitlements are an Ultron event jersey, finisher medal for participants who finish, race bib, e-certificate, light refreshments and personal accident insurance. Race-pack collection remains To Be Confirmed on the live event page. A separate virtual OUM Fun Run 2.0 runs from 1 November to 1 December; that is a distinct virtual participation option and is not combined with this physical 5K listing.
