Event Detail
This is the virtual-run extension of University City Half Marathon 2026 Powered by JomRun, separate from the one-day road race at AEON Taman Universiti on 11 October.
Participants could log runs anywhere between 12 October and 6 November 2026, including through the JomRun app, linked fitness apps or uploaded treadmill/activity records. Multiple shorter efforts could be accumulated to reach a chosen 5K, 10K or 21.1K category. The virtual run also allowed participants pursuing the JomRun Half Marathon Johor Extended Challenge Series to submit evidence for their series eligibility.
The organiser's event page explains that race-kit items were distributed through a pre-event collection process and that participants needed to submit their virtual results by 6 November. Participation in the virtual extension did not require attending a physical race venue during the virtual challenge.
This listing is for the virtual component only. See the official JomRun page for full rules, entitlements, submission options and event notices.
