OYM ELYU Sundown Run La Union 2026

The OYM ELYU Sundown Run 2026 brings a colourful seaside running experience to Poro Point Baywalk in San Fernando, La Union, on Saturday, 28 November 2026. The event is a collaboration between On Your Mark Events and Takeover Festival La Union, combining a short-distance community run with the atmosphere of a coastal festival. Whether you are just getting started or looking for a relaxed run with friends, the programme includes accessible 3K and 5K options.

What makes this run different?

The organiser describes the event as a seaside fun run and has included a water gun with both standard race categories. The official 2026 artwork shows the coastal setting, event singlet, finisher medal, water gun and themed merchandise. The 5K option adds a towel to the standard 3K entitlements. A separate 5K plus Takeover Festival three-day pass bundle is also advertised, making it possible to pair the run with the festival's broader programme.

Getting there and preparing

The announced venue is Poro Point Baywalk, on the San Fernando peninsula in La Union. Because the event is marketed as a sundown run, participants should plan their travel and return transport around an afternoon/evening event, but the exact flag-off times and assembly schedule have not been confirmed on the official event page. The timestamp entered in the ARC draft is an editorial date placeholder, not a verified gun time. Follow the organiser for confirmed waves, bib collection, course details and any updates before making fixed travel plans.

Wear comfortable running shoes suitable for a short coastal road run and consider bringing a change of clothes if taking part in the water-themed activities. Follow organiser instructions for bib visibility, keeping the route clear and disposing of litter responsibly.

Registration and entry information

The official booking page lists an overall price range of ₱1,200 to ₱3,400, which covers its advertised entry options and festival bundle, not a verified individual price for every distance. Check the live organiser checkout for the exact amount and availability for your preferred option. Registration is handled through the official On Your Mark website, and the bundled festival access should not be confused with a standard 5K entry.

Current-edition booking access (checked 26 October 2026)

The organiser's OYM ELYU event page still displays Register Now, leading to the event-specific OYM booking form. At the time of checking, this form redirected visitors to an account sign-in page. Create or sign in to an official OYM account to check the live ticket types and available places. The published PHP 1,200–3,400 range covers the event's options, but the individual 3K, 5K and festival-bundle prices cannot be confirmed without entering the checkout, so ARC deliberately does not present guessed category-specific fees. A visible registration button does not guarantee tickets remain available. The organiser's general Trilogy Run handbook elsewhere on its website is for a separate event series and should not be assumed to govern this La Union race unless the ELYU terms expressly adopt it.
