Event Detail

The Great Cordillera 100 2026 is a four-distance trail-running weekend based at Camp John Hay in Baguio City and extending into the highland barangays of Benguet. Organised by RiCON, the event runs from 13 to 15 November and is built around Cordillera mountain terrain rather than a single road-style course. The organiser describes a mix of exposed ridgelines, pine forest, community paths, river crossings and steep climbing, with routes using a point-to-point and loop system through the province.

The headline TGC 100K is officially measured at 102.48 km with about 6,124 metres of ascent. It starts at 23:00 on Friday 13 November and has a 32-hour limit. The official route starts and finishes at Camp John Hay and ranges from roughly 352 metres to 1,803 metres elevation. The TGC 60K follows at 03:00 on Saturday, covering 61.34 km with 3,584 metres of ascent and an 18-hour cut-off. On Sunday, the TGC 21K starts at 05:00 over 21.78 km with 1,194 metres of climbing and an eight-hour limit, while the TGC 10K starts at 06:00 over 10.32 km with 364 metres of climbing and a three-hour limit.

The published registration window ran through 30 September 2026. Final published fees were PHP 9,500 for 100K, PHP 7,500 for 60K, PHP 4,000 for 21K and PHP 3,500 for 10K. ARC currently has no exact 60K distance option, so that category is documented here rather than inaccurately mapped to 50K.

Race-kit collection and mandatory-gear inspection take place at Camp John Hay. The 100K and 60K collection window is Friday 13 November from 08:00 to 17:00, while 21K and 10K runners have a Saturday 14 November 08:00–17:00 window. The organiser permits authorised proxy collection with the required letter and identification. Gear is checked again before the start and may be checked at aid stations.

Entry inclusions vary by distance but include a race bib, timing chip, finisher medal, event shirt, tote bag, race-day insurance and post-race meal; the 100K and 60K also list a finisher hoodie and aid-station food. Medical support is provided at aid stations. Male and female champions of the TGC 100K and 60K receive sponsored entry slots to the partner DTP Trail race in Taiwan.
