AIA HYROX Singapore 2026

AIA HYROX Singapore 2026 runs at Singapore EXPO from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 November. HYROX is an indoor fitness race combining eight 1K runs with eight functional workout stations. Athletes compete in individual Open or Pro, Doubles, Doubles Pro, Adaptive and four-person Relay divisions.

Provisional division schedule: Thursday features Men's Open and Adaptive, Open Doubles and Mixed Doubles. Friday includes Open and Pro individual categories, doubles and Corporate Relays. Saturday features Men's Open, Adaptive, Mixed Doubles, Doubles Pro and men's and women's Relays. Sunday includes Women's Open and Adaptive, Women's Open Doubles, Men's Open Doubles and the Mixed Relay.

Individual start-wave times are not final. The organiser expects to release personal start times approximately three days before race day; race waves may start through the morning, afternoon and evening, with the last wave provisionally starting around 8pm. Start times cannot be changed. An athlete wristband grants venue access only on the day of the race. A separate spectator ticket is needed for other days.

Race experience: HYROX gives finishers an official patch, split times for workouts and runs, an official leaderboard result and on-course hydration. Age-group ceremonies recognise division winners; certain Pro age groups have World Championship qualification slots. Professional race photos are a separate optional purchase.

Athlete check-in: Bring a valid ID. Proxy check-in is prohibited. The exact check-in timetable is to be announced.

Transport: Singapore EXPO, 1 Expo Drive, is served by Expo MRT (CG1/DT35). Ticket costs, division availability and spectator entry should be checked on the official HYROX booking page.

HYROX is not a conventional road-running 8K: competitors cover a total of eight separate 1K running segments with one functional fitness station after each.
