Ca Mau Marathon 2026 Petrovietnam Cup

The Cà Mau Marathon 2026 Petrovietnam Cup takes place on 14–15 November in Vietnam's southernmost province. Its sixth edition forms part of the local Cà Mau - Destination 2026 celebrations and Cà Mau Shrimp Festival. The organisers expected approximately 7,000 participants, with all races based at Phan Ngọc Hiển Square and the Provincial Convention Centre, Lê Duẩn Street, An Xuyên. Longer courses travel through An Xuyên, Hồ Thị Kỷ and Khánh An.

Advertised programme (Vietnam time)

• 14 November, 4:00 pm: children's 2K Family Fun Run.
• 14 November, 8:00 pm: opening ceremony.
• 15 November, 3:30 am: full marathon (42.195 km).
• 15 November, 5:00 am: half marathon (21 km).
• 15 November, 5:30 am: 10K.
• 15 November, 6:00 am: 5K.
• 15 November, around 9:00 am: awards presentation.

Eligibility and cut-offs

The 2K is for children aged 6–15, with a 45-minute limit. Minimum ages and cut-offs for the main events are 5K: age 10+, 90 minutes; 10K: age 12+, 2 hours 30 minutes; 21K: age 16+, 3 hours 30 minutes; 42K: age 18+, 6 hours 30 minutes. Minors must register through a parent or guardian; the children's bib collection requires age and relationship documentation.

Registration and race kit

Registration closed at 11:59 pm on 15 October 2026. The prices in the category cards reflect the previously advertised regular rate, not tickets available now. Participants should follow their confirmation email or QR code for bib collection. The organiser's race-kit page lists collection on 14 November at the Convention Centre; a press briefing additionally mentioned 13 November, but exact hours should be checked with the organiser. Athletes must verify their bib and timing-chip information and complete the required health waiver.

The early-morning starts call for advance transport planning, and runners should rely on the final organiser course, traffic and safety instructions.
