The Ultimate Direction Race Vest 6L is a lightweight hydration vest for trail races, long training runs and events where easy access to fluid and essentials matters. Its updated unisex fit uses stretch side panels and adjustable bungee sternum straps to wrap securely around the torso while allowing chest expansion.
Ultimate Direction lists a 6-litre volume, 175 g weight and nine exterior pockets. Two 500 ml HydraPak Body Bottles are included and sit in front pockets with bungee retainers. The rear compartment has an internal sleeve and hanging strap for a compatible reservoir, while a pass-through pocket keeps a light layer accessible from either side. Two water- and sweat-resistant zippered chest pockets are sized for most phones.
Four removable bungee loops can be positioned at the front or rear for trekking-pole carry. Reflective logos, an integrated whistle, key fob and glove-friendly zip pulls add practical race features. The monomesh liner and air-mesh panels behind the bottle and phone pockets are designed to improve breathability and reduce rubbing, but sizing should still be checked carefully before a long event.
