Event Detail
Run2gather's Challenge Victory programme builds on monthly running totals rather than a fixed course or a single-stage ultramarathon. Organised in Hong Kong, the five-month challenge welcomes runners worldwide and has a different visual theme each month.
Recording your runs
Register through the official event page without pre-selecting a mileage division. Record each run with the R2 app, or submit evidence from another organiser-approved app, and link the activity to this event for verification. Multiple sessions can contribute to the same month's total. Missing or insufficient records do not qualify for completion rewards.
For the remaining months, October's theme is Pink Storm, November's is Blazing Sun and December's is Jungle Sprint. Their published upload windows end on 1 November, 1 December and 1 January 2027 respectively. These are submission deadlines, not extra days for accumulating the previous month's distance. Confirm the exact upload hour and whether any activity recorded before registration can count.
Mileage tiers and optional medals
The organiser advertises a minimum monthly target of 50 km, then lists bronze at 51–99.9 km, silver at 100–199.9 km and gold from 200 km. The gap around exactly 50 km needs organiser clarification before relying on it for a medal tier. These are automatic achievement levels, not separately entered road races.
Physical medals require an additional purchase as well as verified completion. The English and Chinese pages quote different medal add-on prices, so check the final order with Run2gather rather than assume either amount applies. Shirts and other merchandise are also optional extras. Entry fees are non-refundable and entries cannot be transferred.
Date clarification
The detailed rules in both languages specify running from 1 August to 31 December 2026. The site's general event card instead displays 1 June 2026 to 30 January 2027. This listing follows the detailed running rules; the wider card range is not treated as permission to log activity outside August–December.
Race Pack Information
Self-collection is free where offered; SF Express delivery is charged to the recipient. Confirm collection dates, location and overseas delivery charges with Run2gather before booking. Kombucha drinks are self-collection only and subject to stock. Physical medals require an additional purchase and completion; no exact dispatch date is confirmed.
