Osaka Marathon 2027 Virtual Race powered by TATTA, Japan

Osaka Marathon's official virtual race brings its Japan-based programme to runners on their own routes. Although the event is branded 2027, this virtual edition takes place in November 2026 and is separate from the physical Osaka Marathon already listed in ARC.

Completing the challenge

Choose 10 km, 21.0975 km or 42.195 km and accumulate at least that distance during the ten-day event period. The target does not have to be completed in one continuous run. There is no common start line or competitive ranking.

Link your registration account to TATTA, check that this event appears in the app and complete a test activity before the challenge. Only records classified as Running or Trail Running count. Activities crossing the opening or closing boundary are excluded, so finish and save each activity within the published window. Follow the official instructions when linking a supported GPS watch.

Domestic and overseas entry

Japan residents use the domestic registration route, which closes on 22 October at 23:59 Japan time. Overseas participants use the English overseas-entry route, which closes on 27 October at 23:59 Japan time. ARC's main registration deadline follows the overseas route; it must not be taken as an extension for domestic applicants. Domestic entry adds a 6% handling charge to the displayed base fee.

TATTA is unavailable in some countries and regions. Check app availability and delivery eligibility before paying. Category changes, transfers and cancellations for personal reasons are not permitted under the published terms. The organisers do not provide participant accident insurance.
