THAIATHON - THAILAND SONGKRAN 13K 2026-2027 (Virtual)

THAIATHON - THAILAND SONGKRAN is an active 13 km virtual challenge in Checkrace's THAIATHON Series, themed around Thailand's New Year festival. Participants can complete the target anywhere and accumulate distance across multiple activities.

How it works

Register through Checkrace, use the digital E-BIB, record runs with a GPS-enabled app or device, and submit the accumulated result through the Checkrace platform. The THAIATHON FAQ explicitly states that virtual-run distances may be completed across multiple sessions during the challenge period.

Supported tracking examples include Strava, Garmin Connect, Nike Run Club, Apple Health and Google Fit.

Rewards and fulfilment

THAIATHON states that its active virtual challenges include a Premium Dri-FIT shirt, finisher medal and digital E-BIB. Shirts are dispatched before the challenge, while medals are sent after the target is completed and verified, usually within 14-30 days after the challenge period.

Timing and registration

Checkrace currently lists THAILAND SONGKRAN as open for registration and runnable anywhere/anytime, with the active listing extending through 30 December 2027. The public index does not expose an event-specific registration closing date or exact package price, so those remain blank in ARC.

Credibility

THAIATHON is operated by Checkrace / Race Up Work Co., Ltd. from Bangkok. Its official site publishes company contact details, app compatibility, fulfilment rules and a 17-medal active catalogue, providing a strong organiser and platform trail.
