Event Detail
The Guyan Huaxiang BIGK Liandu 100 Trail Challenge returns to Liandu District, Lishui, Zhejiang, for a two-day mountain-running festival on 7–8 November 2026. Its event centre is at the Guyan Huaxiang tourism area's art centre, beside the Oujiang River. This part of Zhejiang is known for its wooded hills, riverside settlements, traditional streets and landscape-painting heritage, offering a distinctive setting for a demanding trail challenge.
Four routes, very different commitments
The flagship 100 km route begins at 6:00 am on Saturday 7 November. Organiser figures put total climbing at approximately 5,779 m, with a 26-hour time limit. The 50 km starts at 7:00 am, with about 2,904 m of climbing and a 14-hour cutoff. Runners choosing the 30 km encounter roughly 1,554 m of ascent and a nine-hour time limit; staggered starts are scheduled for 8:00 and 8:30 am.
The 12 km is held on Sunday 8 November, with waves at 8:30, 9:00 and 9:30 am. It climbs approximately 495 m, so it should not be mistaken for a flat fun run. The organiser lists a five-hour cutoff, and offers individual and parent-and-child pair entries. The stated maximum field across the four courses is 2,500 participants.
The published ITRA point allocations for longer courses are provisional, not a guarantee of final certification or points awarded to an individual finisher.
Entering and getting there
Registration is now closed. The published application deadline was 11:59 pm China time on 23 October 2026. It also describes multi-distance entry offers and transport from the local high-speed rail station to the event area. Confirm the latest arrangements, eligibility rules and any required equipment on the registration page before booking travel. The different courses have different start waves and time limits, and longer-distance runners should plan for substantial elevation gain, changing mountain conditions and potentially overnight time on course.
The official event and registration information is available through the Zuicool organiser listing. Final route files, mandatory-kit rules, collection arrangements and transport times should be rechecked close to race week, rather than assumed from earlier editions.
