Event Detail
Keep Super Run Festival 2026 brings a full day of running to Shanghai's West Bund on Sunday, 22 November. The event is based at the north plaza of the West Bund Dome Art Centre in Xuhui District, with a planned field of 4,000 participants. Rather than a conventional morning-only race, Keep has organised the programme around two time-focused road races followed by afternoon and evening fun runs, family participation and festival activities.
Morning races and PB challenge
The 21.0975 km Super Run PLUS category starts in staggered waves between 7:30 am and 7:50 am, followed by the 10 km race between 11:00 am and 11:20 am. Each of these categories has 1,000 places. Organisers use 12 target-finish-time bands for their PB challenge, placing runners with similar targets into corresponding starting groups. The organisers explain that these PB bands are event-specific target times, not necessarily a runner's previous lifetime best. Eligible runners who meet their chosen target may qualify for additional event recognition. Consult the official pre-race notice for your actual wave and assembly instructions.
Afternoon and evening programme
At 4:00 pm, the 5 km family category begins, with 600 places available for teams of two to four people. Each team must include at least one adult aged 18–60 and one child aged 5–14, subject to the organiser's birth-date eligibility rules. Individual 5 km places total 1,400, divided into 5:30 pm and 6:40 pm starts with 700 places in each wave. The first 5 km wave was already marked full by the official registration provider when checked, while the second and family options were accepting entries. The organiser also promotes celebrity participation and a running-themed festival atmosphere.
