Check-in is planned for 14 November, but precise collection hours and a surveyed start-gate pin have not been confirmed in the material reviewed.

Participants should consult the organiser's final race notice for mandatory equipment, aid-station locations, course maps, medical and qualification requirements, transport and any weather-related changes.
