AIA HYROX Hong Kong 2027

AIA HYROX Hong Kong 2027 takes over AsiaWorld-Expo, Halls 3 and 5–10, from Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 January 2027. The event is a hybrid fitness race combining eight separate 1 km runs with eight functional workout stations in alternating segments. AIA Hong Kong is the title partner.

Division options:

• Men's and women's Open: individual races with the standard HYROX competition format
• Men's and women's Pro: individual races with heavier prescribed workout loads
• Men's, women's and mixed Doubles, plus Doubles Pro: pairs share the functional workouts between run segments
• Men's, women's and mixed Relay and Corporate Relay: four-person teams split the race
• Adaptive divisions according to the available organiser programme

The organiser's provisional daily division schedule puts Open and Doubles on Thursday; Open, Pro, Doubles and Corporate Relay on Friday; Open, Doubles Pro and men's/women's Relay on Saturday; and women's Open, Doubles and Mixed Relay on Sunday. Follow the final personal start list: individual start times are normally published around three days before the competition, and assigned times generally cannot be changed. Some waves run in the evening.

Race experience: official finishing result plus workout and running splits, HYROX finisher patch, on-course hydration, and age-group award ceremonies. Some Pro age groups may receive World Championship qualification slots. Race photographs can be bought separately.

Check-in: bring official ID; proxy check-in is not permitted. Athlete wristbands grant access to the venue only on the athlete's competition day. A separate spectator ticket is required for other days. Early and on-day check-in timetables have not yet been confirmed.

Getting there: AsiaWorld-Expo is at 1 Airport Expo Boulevard, Chek Lap Kok, next to AsiaWorld-Expo Station on the Airport Express. Confirm current ticket fees, availability, age-group requirements and final division waves with the organiser. The 8 km refers to eight separate 1 km run segments broken up by functional fitness workouts, not a conventional 8K road run.
