Himalayan Harmony Hong Kong 2027 takes place on Sunday 21 March 2027, starting and finishing at Tai Mo Shan Rotary Park, Tsuen Wan. The second edition brings a Himalayan-inspired trail experience to sections of the MacLehose and Wilson trail systems, culminating in mountain terrain around Hong Kong's highest summit.

The organiser advertises two rounded-distance categories but provides more precise course measurements:

• 50K Ultra / 51.7 km actual course: approximately 2,900 m cumulative ascent, 14-hour cutoff; participants must be at least 18 years old on race day.
• 12K Experience / 12.5 km actual course: approximately 659 m cumulative ascent, four-hour cutoff; confirm its exact age eligibility when booking.

Both routes involve sustained climbing, uneven rocks, stairs and exposed ridges. Trail conditions and mountain weather can change quickly. The mandatory equipment specified on the organiser's website includes a windproof jacket, a minimum of one litre of drinking water, a survival blanket, whistle and mobile phone. Pacers are not allowed. Participants should check the latest course map and aid-station requirements before departure.

Registration opened 1 October 2026. The organiser advertises early-bird prices through 5 February 2027, with a regular fee thereafter. The four actual fees are recorded in the race-category cards, not inflated or treated as per-kilometre prices. A participant withdrawing by 10 February 2027 may be eligible for a 50% refund under the official policy; no standard refund after that date, although medical deferrals may be considered.
