Hindustan Marathon 12th Edition 2026

Hindustan Marathon returns to New Delhi on 25 October 2026 for its 12th edition, with a timed road-running programme based at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Despite the event name, the current edition does not include a full marathon: runners choose the 21.1K half marathon, 10K or 5K, making the event accessible from experienced distance runners through to newer participants.

The half marathon is first away at 05:30, with a three-hour cut-off. The 10K starts at 06:00 with a two-hour limit, followed by the 5K at 06:30 with a one-hour limit. Minimum ages are 18 for the half marathon, 15 for the 10K and 10 for the 5K. The organiser lists professional timing for every category, along with marked routes, hydration and energy drinks, medical teams and ambulances, washrooms, baggage facilities and parking.

Bib number and event T-shirt collection is mandatory on Saturday, 24 October from 12:00 to 18:00. There is no race-day collection. The exact collection venue is due to be sent to entrants by email before the event, so runners should watch organiser communications rather than assume collection is at the stadium.

Age-group competition is offered across all three distances, with awards for the top three men and women in each published age bracket. Race results, event photographs and timing certificates are scheduled to be available online within three days. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable except where the organiser cancels or postpones the event. The current registration page lists 10 October 2026 as the closing date.
