SBI Green Marathon Season 7 Bhubaneswar 2026

The SBI Green Marathon Season 7 Bhubaneswar 2026 takes place on Sunday 6 December 2026 at SOA University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Presented by the State Bank of India with Mirchi (Entertainment Network India Limited), the national series combines competitive road running with a focus on sustainability and mass participation.

Distances and start times

The current-edition organiser programme lists the 21.1 km half marathon at 05:00, 10K at 06:00 and 5K fun run at 07:00, all in India Standard Time. The half marathon and 10K are chip-timed, with timing certificates. The 5K is recreational and untimed. The organiser advertises the timed courses as AIMS certified. The listed minimum ages are 18 years for the half marathon and 16 years for the 10K. The official city page states 10 years for the 5K, whereas the registration partner's general terms mention a different minimum; families should confirm the applicable 2026 age rule before paying.

Sustainability and runner experience

The race series highlights organic event T-shirts, plantable 5K bibs, environmentally conscious cups and waste management. Advertised participant support includes water, refreshments and medical assistance, with music, group warm-ups and an energetic race-day atmosphere. Finisher medals are advertised for the race categories; confirm the exact benefits of your selected entry.

Registration

The authorised registration partner lists base fees of INR 1,200 for 21.1K, INR 900 for 10K and INR 700 for 5K, with GST and payment charges potentially added at checkout. The partner advertises a registration deadline of 2 December 2026 at 11:00 IST, or earlier if a distance fills. Use the live booking page to verify remaining entries. Participants should expect identity checks for race-bib collection, but the confirmed bib expo location and hours have not been found in published 2026 materials.

Planning and awards

The organiser advertises age- and gender-based competitive prizes for the timed categories, subject to eligibility and results rules. Check the final event guide for the precise SOA University assembly gate, start-line position, route maps, road closures and transport arrangements. The map marker is a university-area reference, not a verified race-start pin.
