The swimrun course The course covers 20.6 km across the Lembongan peninsula, with approximately 200 m of elevation. It comprises 19 km of beach, road and trail running plus 1.7 km of open-water swimming, split into seven run legs and six swim legs. Participants can race solo or in pairs. Solo participants may ask the organiser to match them with a partner of a similar experience level.
