Event Detail
KARS RUN 2025 carries the theme “We Run For Our Heart”, aiming to raise public awareness about the importance of maintaining heart health through running. Running provides not only physical benefits but also mental well-being. With the spirit of this campaign, KARS RUN 2025 invites the people of Indonesia, especially those in Jakarta, to begin living a healthy lifestyle through a simple yet impactful form of exercise.
The word “Heart” in the theme does not only refer to the organ itself but also represents the joy and spirit that running can bring. Through this community run, participants are encouraged to feel more confident and motivated to make exercise a regular part of their routine. This event serves as a platform to take small steps toward better health while fostering a sense of togetherness.
KARS RUN 2025 is more than just a sporting event—it is a movement to promote heart health. Let’s run together for a healthier and happier heart.
