Event Detail
QFEST Fun Run 2026 is the running component of QFEST: First Chapter, the Kaleido Community Economic Festival organised by ChannelQ. The broader festival is staged on 31 October and 1 November 2026 at the Surabaya Expo Center (SUBEC), and the running event is scheduled for the Sunday morning.
Running options
The race programme lists 5K and 10K runs alongside a 2.5K parent-and-child category. The shorter event lets an adult and child participate together; the 5K and 10K distances cater to runners choosing between a shorter community run and a longer road-running challenge. These are categories of the same festival run, not separate event editions.
The running calendar currently shows a 05:30 WIB start on 1 November, although runners should check the organiser's final race guide for their category's exact flag-off, check-in and collection arrangements. SUBEC is in the former Hi-Tech Mall complex on Jalan Kusuma Bangsa in Tambaksari.
Festival atmosphere and practical information
Beyond the run, QFEST combines local community groups, entrepreneurs and creative businesses with live performances, activities and a market. The festival is presented by ChannelQ as a way to connect businesses, creators and local communities, with the fun run one part of its wider programme. Whether the run ticket also admits participants to ticketed entertainment is not confirmed and should not be assumed.
Early-bird prices advertised for the run are IDR 179,000 for 5K, IDR 279,000 for 10K and IDR 339,000 for the 2.5K parent-and-child entry. These are historical early-bird prices, not guaranteed current rates. Current tickets, race-pack inclusions, age conditions, official cut-offs, detailed courses and other participant instructions should all be confirmed using the organiser's channels.
