Surabaya ITS Run Fest 2026

Surabaya ITS Run Festival 2026 brings 5K and 10K races to Balai Kota Surabaya (Surabaya City Hall), Jalan Taman Surya No. 1, Ketabang, on Sunday 8 November 2026. Organised by IKA ITS PW Jatim, the East Java alumni association of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, it combines a community race day with a public festival and a market featuring more than 100 local small businesses.

Official registration: individual tickets, not community bundles

The organiser's direct standard-entry page on TipTip lists 5K general entry for IDR 149,000 and 10K general entry for IDR 199,000. This is the correct official individual registration link for the race. The separate community-bundle product advertises buy five, get one free, priced at IDR 745,000 for 5K and IDR 995,000 for 10K. Those are group package prices, not an individual ticket price.

An earlier organiser announcement advertised a 13 October–1 November 2026 regular-ticket sales window. This is not evidence that every possible entry route closes precisely on 1 November. Ticket stock and the final checkout total must be confirmed directly with TipTip. The 04:00–12:00 WIB range shown on the standard product is the overall event programme, not a verified gun time for either race. The individual 5K and 10K flag-offs remain unconfirmed.

Eligibility, time limits and safety

The official registration terms restrict paid race entry to Indonesian citizens (WNI) with accepted official identity documentation (KTP, KIA or family card). Under-17s must provide a parental permission letter when collecting their race packs. The organiser publishes no general minimum age, but families should consider the demands of the chosen distance and review its conditions carefully.

• 5K course cut-off: 90 minutes.
• 10K course cut-off: 120 minutes.
• Start-gate cut-off: the gate closes 10 minutes after the actual flag-off; arriving later may result in a Did Not Start (DNS).
• Finisher medal: available to paid entrants who finish within their distance's cut-off.
• Podium prizes: the organiser lists places 1–3 in each category for eligible paid entrants, judged by official gun time and identity verification.

The organiser prohibits shortcuts, vehicle assistance, duplicate or proxy race bibs, bicycles, skates, prams and animals on the course. Medical officials may withdraw runners for safety. The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, with no bib/name resale or transfer under the published terms.

Race-pack collection and race-day preparation

Organiser information identifies Saturday 7 November 2026 for race-pack collection. The exact venue and hours remain unconfirmed; the official booking terms say these will be announced through @surabayaitsrunfest no later than three days before the race. Bring the booking barcode/email and original Indonesian identification. A representative may collect up to five packs with physical authorisation, copies of runners' IDs and their own original identification. No race-day collection or courier delivery is offered under current rules.

The advertised participant package includes a race jersey, bib, goodie bag, sponsor products, refreshments and a finisher medal conditional on meeting the course cut-off. Race-specific routes and verified flag-off times remain outstanding; follow the organiser's final instructions before travelling.
