UT Surabaya Heritage Fun Run 5K 2026

UT Surabaya Heritage Fun Run 5K 2026 invites runners to explore the historic Kota Lama district of Surabaya on Sunday, 15 November 2026. The event is hosted by Universitas Terbuka (UT) Surabaya under the theme Run the Heritage, Feel the City, combining an accessible five-kilometre community run with an opportunity to appreciate the neighbourhood's history and distinctive cityscape.

Race-day experience

The official ticketing page identifies Halaman Kota Lama Surabaya as the event venue and lists 05:00 WIB on the morning of 15 November. It describes a 5K run through areas associated with Surabaya's heritage and culture, with runners gathering in the old-city district rather than on the UT campus. The precise route and any separate assembly and flag-off times have not been provided in the accessible official information. Participants should use JTV's official instructions for their final report time and course details.

Tickets and participant information

The university advertised an early-bird ticket at IDR 99,000 and a regular ticket at IDR 123,000. The JTV registration page subsequently listed a last-sale ticket at IDR 149,000; all three allocations are now marked sold out. Entrants receive a race jersey, race BIB, finisher medal and participant bag. Tickets are subject to the organiser's restrictions and generally cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

After purchasing, entrants are sent an e-ticket by email (typically within 24 hours) as proof for collection. Official terms specify race-pack collection on 12 and 13 November, 13:00–20:00 WIB, at JTV, Gedung Graha Pena Surabaya. Entrants must present their registration verification and identification (such as KTP, SIM or student ID); the BIB must be worn and may not be transferred. Watch JTV's official channels for any changes to the event or collection arrangements.

Date clarification: One running-event aggregator incorrectly lists 5 November. Both UT Surabaya and the official JTV ticketing page specify 15 November 2026, which is the date used here.
