Event Detail
RUNestine 2026 is a community running and walking event organised by Langkah Aktif Organizer at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta on Saturday 7 November 2026. The organiser's official Eratix registration page describes a solidarity initiative in which participants can contribute to humanitarian donations for Palestine while taking part in a group activity. The event welcomes the public as well as the university community.
Distances and race-day arrangements
The current organiser-authorised Eratix page confirms Fun Run 5K and Fun Walk 3K, with the programme advertised for 05:30–09:30 WIB (UTC+7) on 7 November. Separate category gun times, course and exact campus gathering point remain unannounced. The marker identifies the wider UNY main campus; check @runestine.uny for final instructions.
Ticket types and registration status
Registration status — checked 5 November 2026: The official RUNestine Eratix page now marks all five displayed ticket tiers “Habis” (sold out), including the Al-Quds Special Batch at IDR25,000. Normal purchase availability is therefore closed; any later release must be confirmed directly with the organiser. The displayed prices exclude platform fees and are historical tier references, not available offers. The Special Batch lists a BIB, Palestine donation, goodie bag and refreshments, without a medal. Al-Quds Early Bird IDR47,000 and Regular IDR57,000 list a medal; Jerusalem Early Bird IDR147,000 and Regular IDR157,000 also list an official jersey.
Participant information
Participants must bring their Eratix e-ticket and matching official ID for registration or race-pack collection. The organiser says collection dates and the location will be announced via @runestine.uny. Proxy pickup requires authorisation and identity documentation. Tickets are ordinarily non-refundable; the organiser's published conditions provide for a full ticket refund if the entire event is cancelled. Protect ticket QR codes from misuse. No race route map or collection schedule has yet been published on the official ticket page.

Race Pack Information
Official RUNestine Eratix terms require each participant to show their e-ticket and matching government-issued photo ID for race-pack collection. Collection by a representative requires an authorisation letter and a copy/photo of the original entrant's ID. The organiser has not yet published collection times or location: consult @runestine.uny for the official announcement. Race day is 7 November 2026; do not assume collection is at the UNY start venue.
