The flagship FUJI100mi and ASUMI40k are part of the World Trail Majors. The 100-mile race is a qualifier for the 2028 Western States Endurance Run, and the main distances feature in the ITRA National League.

This point-to-point course finishes at Fujisan GX Stadium, Fuji Hokuroku Park, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi. The final deadline is 14:30 on Sunday 25 April, allowing 45 to 45.5 hours.

The SAKUYA mountain-running races take place on Sunday 25 April: 8.6 km at 09:00 and an under-20 5.7 km at 09:15, with three-hour limits. The venue also hosts Mt.FUJI100 Mini children's races from 13:00 on a 680 m circuit, covering 1.36 km and 2.04 km. All distances form one festival.
