The Saroma Lake 100km Ultramarathon Online Challenge is an official virtual running programme inspired by Japan's historic Saroma Lake 100km Ultramarathon.
Participants use the TATTA GPS app and accumulate at least 100 km during the challenge period. The total may be completed across multiple runs.
- Challenge period: 1-30 November 2026.
- Distance: 100 km cumulative.
- Entry closes: 27 October 2026.
- TATTA app required.
- Manual activity entry is generally not accepted.
- Participation is limited to residents of Japan.
The event is organised by the R-Bies Sports Foundation and is listed on RUNNET, making it substantially safer than anonymous virtual medal storefronts.
