Kangar Ultra 2027

Kangar Ultra 2027 brings a full day of road running to Perlis, starting and finishing at Denai Larian Pengkalan Asam in Kangar. Current organiser material describes a mostly flat course through village roads and the state’s distinctive paddy-field landscape. The programme ranges from a 5K Fun Run to 25K, 50K and the flagship 75K Ultra.

The 75K starts at midnight on 1 May and has an 18-hour limit, with the final cut-off at 6:00 pm. The 50K begins at 4:00 am and has a six-hour limit, while the 25K starts at 7:00 am with six hours available. The 5K Fun Run begins at 7:30 am and closes at 9:00 am. The staggered starts turn the event from an overnight ultra into a broader morning running programme as the shorter-distance fields join.

Current participant entitlements include an event tee, finisher medal, bib number, personal accident insurance, medical support and post-race refreshments. The 25K, 50K and 75K also include timing and a finisher tee, while the 75K adds a finisher windbreaker. The 5K is the non-timed fun-run option.

Race-pack collection is scheduled for 30 April at Denai Larian Pengkalan Asam, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Registration is open with staged early-entry pricing and a published closing date of 1 April 2027.
