Langkawi Kilim Ultra Trail 2027 brings trail and ultra-distance running back to Kilim Geoforest Park on Langkawi Island, Kedah, on Saturday 27 March 2027. Northern Runners Resources is the organiser, with entries handled through Howei. The event follows the organiser's Langkawi KILIM Trail Run in April 2026, but the 2027 programme introduces a longer 50K option and is advertised under the Ultra Trail name.
The confirmed 2027 programme comprises 5K, 15K, 30K and 50K. The 5K category is open to all ages, while the longer distances advertise men's and women's age divisions, including Open and Senior groupings. The 50K is the headline ultra-distance challenge; the shorter courses provide alternatives for runners who prefer a less extended day on the trails.
The advertised event venue is Kilim Geoforest Park in north-eastern Langkawi. This protected landscape is known for its mangrove waterways and limestone karst scenery. Those are features of the wider park, not a claim that every race route passes particular landmarks.
