Muallim Ultra 2026

Muallim Ultra 2026 returns to Tanjong Malim for its fifth edition, using Institut Tanah & Ukur Negara (INSTUN) as the event village and start/finish venue. The event is organised by All Trail Project Event Management, with Majlis Daerah Tanjong Malim as co-organiser and support from INSTUN, the Perak Forestry Department and Tourism Perak.

The programme covers four trail distances. Liang 50 is the headline 50K with approximately 2,700m+ of published elevation gain and a 17-hour cut-off. 7E 30 is the 30K option with about 2,000m+ and a 10-hour cut-off. Ujana 15 is listed at roughly 390m+ with a four-hour cut-off, while Diamond Creek 5 provides a shorter 5K route with about 84m+ and a two-hour cut-off. The 50K and 30K start at 04:00 MYT on Saturday, 10 October, followed by the 15K at 07:00 and the 5K at 07:30. A Mixed Duo division is also offered within the 50K programme.

Organiser material publishes distance-specific equipment lists and pre-race kit checks for the longer categories. The 50K also includes a special-needs bag service at the Race Village checkpoint, while runners may leave a labelled post-race bag at the start area before their flag-off. Race support is scheduled throughout the event window.

Registration closed on 31 August 2026. Race-pack collection takes place on Friday, 9 October from 10:00 to 22:00 at the Auditorium, INSTUN. Runners need their registration confirmation and identification when collecting. Current organiser material still lists final GPX files and detailed course maps as pending, so ARC does not infer unconfirmed route specifics.
