Event Detail
The 2022 Penang Bridge International Marathon returned after a two-year pandemic hiatus, with a starting area at Queensbay Mall and courses using the original Penang Bridge. Malaysian public broadcaster RTM reported 26,000 participants across 42K, 21K and 10K events. The published race guide listed a 1:20 am full-marathon flag-off, 3:00 am half marathon and 6:30 am 10K. This is the completed 2022 event, not the Batu Kawan venue used by later editions.
