The 2025 Elopura Marathon Sandakan was held on 16 November at the Sandakan Sports Complex, Sabah. It featured a 42K full marathon at 2:00 am, a 21K half marathon at 4:00 am and 10K at 6:00 am. The event was organised by Persatuan Ortopedik Sandakan and appears in the AIMS historical race calendar.

Men's winner: Dennis Isika — 2:57:10 net. Second: Arikchely Ariyl Arikah (3:04:34 net). Third: Donal Ronaldi (3:07:17 net).
Women's winner: Welling Lai — 3:18:49 net. Second: Hasnita Binti Asis (3:42:06 net). Third: Kartini Ahmad Kamal (3:58:22 net).
