Event Detail
The 2026 National MILO Marathon Subic Zambales leg is part of the series' 50th-anniversary "Golden Run" season. MILO describes the National MILO Marathon as one of the Philippines' longest-running grassroots running programmes, with the 2026 calendar spanning 15 races nationwide before the National Finals in Clark. The Subic regional qualifier takes place on Sunday, 18 October 2026. Race Roster lists the event from 3:00 AM Philippine time in Subic, Zambales. The precise start and finish configuration and the individual category gun times have not yet been published, so runners should rely on the final organiser advisory rather than assume every distance starts at 3:00 AM.
The regional programme offers 21K, 10K, 5K and 3K races. Standard entry fees are PHP 1,799 for 21K, PHP 1,599 for 10K, PHP 699 for 5K and PHP 499 for 3K. The organiser also offers discounted PWD entries for 10K, 5K and 3K, plus Champion Family packages for the 5K. Under the current rules, 21K runners must be at least 18 and provide a fit-to-run medical certificate issued within two months of race day. The 10K minimum age is 16, while the 3K and 5K are open from age seven; the competitive 3K division is for ages seven to 12.
Published course limits are 2 hours 30 minutes for 21K, two hours for 10K and one hour each for 5K and 3K, measured from the relevant category start. Runners who fail to start within 10 minutes of their gun time may be disqualified, and gun time is used to determine winners. Baggage service is intended primarily for the 10K and 21K fields.
The 21K is also a pathway to the National Finals. The top male and female winners at qualifying races can earn all-expense privileges, while runners meeting published age-group qualifying standards may also progress at their own expense. Current prize rules award PHP 10,000 / 6,000 / 4,000 to the first three men and women in the 21K, PHP 5,000 / 3,000 / 2,000 in the 10K, PHP 2,500 / 1,500 / 1,000 in the 5K and PHP 1,500 / 1,000 / 500 in the 3K. Current event artwork and rules confirm race singlets, certificates for eligible finishers, medals and loot bags for the longer races, and a 21K finisher shirt. Race-pack collection details are due to be announced closer to race week.
