Bohol International Marathon 2027

The Bohol International Marathon returns to Panglao on 22 August 2027, bringing its full marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K programme back to one of the Philippines' best-known island destinations. The preceding 2026 edition drew more than 5,600 local and international runners, giving the event substantial destination-race significance and a strong sports-tourism profile for Bohol.

The 2027 programme is open across four road-race distances, allowing runners to choose from the 42K marathon, 21K half marathon, 10K and 5K. Published current-edition information confirms that inclusions vary by category and can include an event shirt, finisher shirt, finisher medal, timing chip and post-race refreshments. Longer-distance runners should therefore check the registration confirmation for the exact inclusions attached to their category.

Registration is open for the 2027 edition. Early-bird pricing was offered until 23 September 2026, after which regular rates apply. Current published regular fees are PHP 3,499 for the 42K, PHP 3,199 for the 21K, and PHP 2,199 for both the 10K and 5K.

Panglao provides the event with a distinctive island setting and makes the marathon particularly relevant to travelling runners combining a race weekend with a Bohol visit.
