Puerto Galera International Marathon debuts on Sunday 6 December 2026 at Muelle Cultural Heritage Park, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. Maharlika Trail Series and the local government present this coastal road-running event as part of the municipality’s founding-anniversary celebrations.
Races and local times
The organiser lists 42K at 02:00, 21K at 04:00 and 10K at 06:00, all Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). Their respective cut-offs are seven, four and two hours. The route follows the Calapan national road; consult the final runner’s manual for course access and any amendments.
Entry and preparation
Published local fees are PHP 2,900 / PHP 2,000 / PHP 1,800 for 42K/21K/10K. Overseas rates are USD 50 / USD 35 / USD 32. Registration is advertised until 31 October 2026, with no extension promised; check current availability directly.
Entrants must be at least 12; ages 12–17 require guardian consent. The 42K requires previous completion of at least 21K. Mandatory equipment includes hydration capacity of at least 500 ml, a basic first-aid kit, headlamp and mobile phone. No personal pacers are allowed.
Race-pack collection is advertised from 09:00 on 5 December at Muelle Cultural Heritage Park. Check-in and briefing begin 01:00 on race morning. Bring a portable cup and follow the organiser’s final instructions.
