City of Smiles International Marathon 2026

City of Smiles International Marathon 2026 is a Bacolod road-running event staged from the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol Lagoon, one of the city’s best-known civic spaces. The current edition is scheduled for Sunday, 11 October 2026 and offers a full marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K, giving the programme both competitive long-distance races and shorter options for local runners.
