National MILO Marathon 2026 - National Finals

The National MILO Marathon National Finals bring the 50th-anniversary "Golden Run" season to Clark City, Pampanga. The series has been part of Philippine running since 1974, and the 2026 calendar spans 15 races around the country before culminating in this national championship. The headline race is the 42.195K full marathon, where qualifiers from the regional legs compete for the year's national titles.

Under the current 2026 rules, runners from 21K qualifying races can earn a National Finals marathon place either by winning their regional race or by meeting the published age-group qualifying standard. Confirmed all-expense qualifiers receive free registration, an official running singlet and a ticket to the MILO Marathon Champion's Dinner. The rules also state that an all-expense qualifier who elects not to run the 42.195K Finals cannot simply switch into the 21K, 10K or 5K races.

The Finals programme also includes shorter road-race categories. Current rules set course limits of 2 hours 30 minutes for the 21K, 2 hours for the 10K, and 1 hour each for the 5K and 3K. Gun time determines winners, and participants who do not start within 10 minutes of their category flag-off may be disqualified. Exact 2026 Finals flag-off times, the precise Clark start/finish venue and the final course maps have not yet been published, so runners should check the organiser's current channels closer to race day.

For the 42.195K National Finals, only Filipino runners are eligible for the top three championship places. The current prize schedule awards PHP 50,000 plus a trophy to each champion, PHP 30,000 plus a trophy to each runner-up, and PHP 20,000 plus a trophy for third. The fastest Filipino male and female marathoners are crowned the 2026 MILO Marathon King and Queen. Marathon finishers inside the official cut-off receive a medal, loot bag and finisher shirt, while finishers in all categories within their cut-off receive a certificate of finish.

Race packet collection details for the Clark Finals are still pending. Under the current series rules, the organiser announces the collection schedule and venue roughly one week before each race, and race bibs are non-transferable.
