Event Detail
MetaSprint Series Aquathlon Singapore 2027 takes place on Sunday 24 January 2027 at Sentosa, Singapore, as the first event of the MetaSport three-race series. The Aquathlon combines swimming followed by running, with an accessible range of categories for newcomers, children and competitive athletes.
Sprint: 750 m swim + 5 km run. XL: 1,350 m swim + 10 km run. The organiser also offers age-based and beginner categories, including Fun Kids, which involves a shallow-water 'Get Wet' activity followed by a 500 m run. For complete eligibility and additional distances consult its 2027 distances and categories page.
Race venue: Sentosa, Singapore (the specific start/transition point is not yet stated on the 2027 organiser page). The run follows Sentosa's beachfront. The organiser lists rolling swim starts and a guide rope on the swim course. The 2027 event schedule and course maps have not yet been released. ARC's saved noon time is an administrative placeholder, not a published race flag-off.
The separate Duathlon is on 28 February 2027, and Triathlon on 21 March 2027.
Registration is linked from the official MetaSprint website; the organiser offers single-event entry and a three-race package. Published 2027 entitlements include two selections from a range of four race-pack items (excluding Fun Kids), and a race-day licence with insurance. See the official 2027 rates page for current fees and terms; do not use previous-year fees.
