Event Detail
The 2026 Jeju Citrus International Marathon returns to Jocheon Sports Stadium in Jeju City on Sunday, 15 November. The event is one of Jeju's established autumn road races and the 2026 programme offers a full marathon, half marathon and 10K, with a field capped at 9,000 runners. It combines competitive road racing with the island's citrus season and draws runners from Jeju, mainland Korea and overseas.
All three races are chip timed. The full marathon has a five-hour limit, the half marathon two hours 30 minutes and the 10K one hour 30 minutes. Full and half marathon runners must be at least 18 on race day, while the 10K is open from age eight. The longer courses use roads around Jocheon and Jeju's eastern coastal area, giving the event a distinctly island setting rather than a closed-city circuit. Runners should still check the organiser's final course and traffic notices close to race day, as operational details may be adjusted.
The event is scheduled to start from Jocheon Sports Stadium at 09:00 KST. Facilities around the adjacent Jocheon Gymnasium are used for changing and baggage arrangements, and current participant guidance describes drink support at regular intervals along the route. Competitors should allow extra time for arrival because the event attracts a large field and road controls affect the surrounding area.
Entry includes the organiser's commemorative participant gift, timing support, a finisher medal and finisher record certificate for eligible finishers. The event also has a strong Jeju identity: current rules state that overseas runners and participants travelling from outside Jeju receive a box of Jeju mandarins. Competition awards cover the leading men and women in the full marathon, half marathon and 10K, with additional age-group awards and a full-marathon club competition.
What's Included
Commemorative participant gift; chip timing; finisher medal; finisher record certificate. Overseas and off-island participants are also listed to receive one box of Jeju mandarins.
