Jeju 4Full Marathon 2027 - South Korea

The Jeju 4Full Marathon 2027 is an unusual four-day running challenge on South Korea's Jeju Island. Organised by the Korea Marathon Association (전국마라톤협회), the event offers a full marathon on each day from Friday 22 January to Monday 25 January 2027. Entrants may select one, two, three or all four full-marathon days. Completing every stage means running the equivalent of four standard marathons, approximately 168.78 km, across the long weekend.

Four days of running

The published starting schedule is:

• Friday 22 January: 9:00 am
• Saturday 23 January: 8:00 am
• Sunday 24 January: 8:30 am
• Monday 25 January: 7:30 am

Each day's marathon has a six-hour time limit. Participants need to use the bib and timing chip issued for that particular day; chips from other stages cannot be substituted. Organiser guidance requests evidence of a marathon completed within five hours during the preceding year, so runners should check the current qualification and submission requirements carefully before paying.

Travel and race logistics

Daily routes and assembly points on Jeju Island have not yet been finalised, and the organiser says they will be published separately. Do not assume each day uses the same start or finish. The designated travel package for participants from outside Jeju who wish to run all four marathons includes three nights' twin-share accommodation, meals and race shuttles; the organiser lists a limited allocation. Those entering one to three days, and Jeju residents taking part in all four, should arrange their own travel as instructed.

The published entry options cost KRW 55,000 for one marathon day, KRW 110,000 for two, KRW 165,000 for three, or KRW 220,000 for all four days for Jeju residents. Participants from outside Jeju entering all four days must use the KRW 700,000 accommodation package, advertised as including three nights' twin-share lodging, meals and race transport. The organiser advertises a functional running shirt, finishers' medals and digital records, with a special gold-plated medal and commemorative plaque for runners who complete all four days.

Important: Published third-party calendars disagree about the registration deadline, and some notices concern payment or refund deadlines rather than new entries. Check the organiser's current application page before booking travel. Current route maps, race-day meeting points and final transport instructions remain to be announced.
