Nordic Walk & Run Bangkok 2026

Nordic Walk & Run 2026 brings the Nordic spirit of everyday movement to Wachirabenchathat Park (Rot Fai Park) in Bangkok on Saturday, 14 November 2026. Now in its fourth consecutive year, this friendly outdoor gathering invites participants to walk or run 5 km or 10 km alongside the Nordic embassies, their partners and the local community. It is deliberately non-competitive, with an emphasis on health, shared experience and enjoying the park rather than chasing a podium position.

Saturday morning programme (Thailand time, ICT)

• 05:00: Event-day check-in opens and Nordic Walk & Run shirts can be collected.
• 06:30: Event-day registration/check-in closes.
• 06:35: Opening ceremony.
• 06:45: Group warm-up.
• 07:00: Both 5 km and 10 km walks/runs begin.

The 5 km option welcomes walkers and recreational runners; the 10 km offers a longer morning outing. The precise start gate, course plan and any participant limits should be checked with the organisers when the final guidance is issued.

Free entry and what happens afterwards

Registration is free, with online registration scheduled to open on 28 October 2026 on the official JOG&JOY event page. That is an opening date, not a closing deadline. As of 24 October the organiser had not published a verified final registration deadline or an assurance that walk-in places would be available, so intending participants should register online once the facility opens and check for capacity updates.

After the walk/run, participants can enjoy organiser-advertised food and refreshments and explore the Nordic Village, with community activities and opportunities to meet Nordic partners. This is a social wellbeing event, so plan for a relaxed morning rather than a certified or chip-timed competitive road race.
