HuaHin50 2027

HuaHin50 2027 is the Hua Hin round of Sports Republic Thailand’s Legendary Trail Series, staged over 16–17 January at Thap Tai OBOTOR Public Park. The current entry platform caps the field at 1,500 runners. Saturday is built around a 3 km family charity fun run at 16:00, while Sunday’s trail programme offers 50 km, 25 km and 11 km races through the hills inland from Hua Hin.

The organiser describes a predominantly off-road course linking rugged singletrack, forest and jungle sections with views towards the mountains and sea. The 50 km loop carries about 1,994 m of ascent and starts at 06:15, with an 11 hour 30 minute limit and a 17:45 finish-line cut-off. The 25 km has about 1,113 m of ascent, starts at 06:45 and has a 6 hour 30 minute limit. The 11 km has about 310 m of ascent, starts at 07:10 and has a 3 hour 10 minute limit. The 50 km race is listed with two ITRA points.

Race support includes marked routes, timing checkpoints, multiple water stations, electrolytes, gels, snacks and fruit, plus food at the finish. A mobile phone, whistle and visible race bib are mandatory; 50 km and 25 km runners must also carry at least 1.5 litres of water. The organiser publishes a dedicated rescue plan using medical staff, ambulances and off-road rescue vehicles for the more remote sections.

Registration is scheduled to close at 23:59 ICT on 12 January 2027 or earlier if the allocation fills. Base entry fees are THB 2,590 for 50 km, THB 2,190 for 25 km, THB 1,490 for 11 km and THB 400 for the 3 km event, before the registration platform’s processing charge.

Race-pack collection is at Thap Tai OBOTOR Public Park from 11:00 to 18:00 on Saturday 16 January. Runners should bring photo identification; proxy collection is allowed with a copy or photo of the runner’s ID. Current participant entitlements include the event shirt, bib and race-day insurance, with timed trail categories using timing chips. The 50 km adds a finisher shirt for successful finishers and the 25 km adds a finisher buff. Awards are published for the top three in each age category over 50 km, 25 km and 11 km, with overall male and female awards for the 3 km run.
