Phokrasang Run 2026 - Kao Puea Nong, 2nd Edition

Phokrasang Run 2026 (ก้าวเพื่อน้อง, Kao Puea Nong) returns for its second edition on Sunday 22 November 2026 in Pho Kra Sang Municipality, Khun Han district, Si Sa Ket, Thailand. This small but meaningful community race brings local runners, schools and visiting participants together around Nong Sam, a local waterside setting. The organisers intend to direct proceeds remaining after costs towards children's education and wellbeing in the surrounding communities.

Choose your distance

The 2026 programme includes a 10K mini marathon and a 5K fun run. Published standard entry fees are 499 baht for 10K and 399 baht for 5K, with a 999-baht VIP option allowing the entrant to choose either distance. The organiser has advertised a race bib, commemorative running shirt and medal with entries. Trophies are planned for leading male and female finishers in the announced race divisions. The event's individual starting times and cut-off limits were not publicly confirmed when this listing was prepared, so do not interpret the calendar's midnight placeholder as a flag-off time.

Registration and race-pack arrangements

Current-edition registration is managed through https://runrace.in.th/pksrun2026. On 29 October 2026, the official registration form remained accessible and listed 5K (THB 399), 10K (THB 499) and VIP variants (THB 999). Its event page still carries an older 15 October closing date. A later limited-allocation announcement mentions 31 October, so confirm any remaining places directly with the organiser rather than assuming an extension is guaranteed. In-person collection of race materials is planned for Saturday 21 November, 09:00–18:00, at Pho Kra Sang Municipality; the organiser also mentions event-day collection. Postal delivery can be arranged subject to the organiser's charges and conditions. Contact the organiser before travelling if you need to collect late or if you are registering as a group.

Visiting the race

The race is based around Nong Sam in the municipality of Pho Kra Sang, Khun Han district, south-eastern Si Sa Ket province. This is a local rural event rather than the much larger city races, with an emphasis on community participation and support for children. Allow time to reach the site from accommodation in the region and confirm parking, course map, hydration stations and the final schedule with the organiser. The site coordinates in this listing are an approximate municipality locator, not a surveyed start line.

For updates consult the official registration page and the Phokrasang Run #ก้าวเพื่อน้อง organiser's announcements.
